Our building was purposely designed for our community. The use of open workspaces and glass reflects our values of access and transparency. “Inside the Studios” is a video series I created with that spirit in mind. It is produced specifically for our professional audience on LinkedIn, shining a spotlight on our people and our purpose.
In the first of a series showcasing the work of our teams, WKYC Studios Inclusion Council co-chairs Marisa Saenz and Ryan Radefeld, along with President & General Manager Micki Byrnes, explain the mission of the group, the importance of the discussions their efforts, and its impact on our storytelling. I am the unseen interviewer in this series, writing the questions and coach our off-air staff in on-camera performance.
